TOX Club Payment Plan T&Cs

TOX Club is a 12-month payment plan that allows you to spread the cost of your agreed treatment plan over monthly payments.

The £90 initial payment is the first payment under your TOX Club payment plan. It is not a separate treatment deposit or a membership fee.

Following the initial £90 payment, you will make the agreed monthly payments of £35, £45 or £60, depending on the payment plan selected when you join.

The total payments due under your selected plan will be explained to you before you complete your purchase.

Payment schedule

Your TOX Club is paid according to the following schedule:

• £90 joining payment: payable when you join the Club.

• Monthly payments: following the joining payment, your agreed monthly payment of £35, £45 or £60 will be collected each month for the remainder of your 12-month subscription, according to the option you selected when joining.

The first monthly payment will normally be collected approximately one month after the £90 joining payment.

For example, if you join on 7 October 2026 and select the £35 monthly membership:

• 7 October 2026: £90 joining payment

• 7 November 2026: £35 monthly payment

• 7 December 2026: £35 monthly payment

• Further £35 monthly payments will continue according to your agreed payment schedule until the 12-month commitment has been completed.

The exact next payment date and amount will be shown to you before you complete your membership.

First Treatment

Subject to availability, you may have your first treatment on the day you join TOX Club- for existing patients that have had a consultation within 6 months.

NEW PATIENTS — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

New patients cannot book or attend a treatment appointment as their first appointment.

Before any treatment can be provided, you must first attend a face-to-face prescribing appointment on a separate day with the appropriate prescribing clinician.

This appointment is required so that we can assess your medical history, suitability and safety for treatment and, where appropriate, prescribe your treatment.

Please do not book a treatment appointment if you have not yet completed your prescribing appointment.

Your prescribing appointment does not guarantee treatment. The clinician may decide that:

• treatment is not clinically appropriate or safe;

• further information or assessment is required;

• your appointment needs to be rescheduled; or

• your appointment will be changed to a consultation-only appointment.

If treatment cannot be prescribed or provided, any subsequent treatment appointment may be cancelled or changed to a consultation appointment.

Joining TOX Club or making a payment does not guarantee treatment and does not override this requirement.

By proceeding with your booking or payment, you confirm that you have read and understood this requirement.

Before treatment is provided, you must complete the required consultation and clinical assessment on a separate occasion. Your practitioner must confirm that the proposed treatment is clinically appropriate and safe for you.

Joining the payment plan does not guarantee that treatment will be provided. Clinical assessment and practitioner judgement always take priority.

Treatment Value and Payments

Your treatment is charged at our standard treatment price. TOX Club does not provide a discount on the standard price of treatment.

For example, if the standard price of your agreed treatment is £250, that £250 remains the treatment price regardless of whether you pay for it upfront or through TOX Club.

The £90 initial payment and subsequent monthly payments are payments towards the agreed treatment plan.

TOX Club Treatment Schedule

TOX Club provides a payment plan for 3 treatments over a 12-month period.

Your TOX Club payment plan allows you to receive 3 treatments at approximately 4-month intervals, subject to clinical assessment, suitability and practitioner approval.

Your first treatment may only be provided once you have completed the required face-to-face prescribing appointment on a separate day. New patients must therefore complete their prescribing appointment before attending for treatment.

Your subsequent treatments will normally be scheduled at approximately 4-month intervals. The appropriate treatment interval will always be determined by your practitioner and may be extended where clinically appropriate.

Want your treatment sooner?

If, following clinical assessment, you wish to have an additional treatment approximately 3 months after your previous treatment, this is not included within your standard TOX Club payment plan.

You may request an additional treatment at the relevant appointment. If the practitioner confirms that the treatment is clinically appropriate and safe to provide, the additional treatment must be paid for in full at that appointment at the applicable standard treatment price.

The additional treatment is separate from your TOX Club payment plan and does not alter or replace any of the 3 treatments included within your 12-month plan.

Important: Treatment intervals are subject to clinical assessment and professional clinical judgement. The 4-month schedule is the intended TOX Club treatment schedule and does not guarantee that treatment will be appropriate or provided on a particular date.

Joining TOX Club, making the £90 initial payment or completing your prescribing appointment does not guarantee treatment. All treatment remains subject to clinical suitability and practitioner approval.

Cancellation Before the Payment Plan Is Completed

If you decide to cancel your TOX Club payment plan after receiving treatment, you remain responsible for any amount properly due in respect of treatment that has already been provided.

For example, if you receive treatment with a standard price of £250 and have paid £90 towards your payment plan, cancellation does not mean that the treatment has been purchased for £90.

Subject to your statutory consumer rights, any outstanding balance relating to treatment already provided may remain payable.

Where applicable, we will calculate the outstanding amount by reference to:

the standard price of treatment already provided, less payments already made towards that treatment.

In the example above:

Treatment provided: £250
Payments already made: £90
Outstanding treatment balance: £160

The outstanding balance may therefore become payable following cancellation.

We will not charge you for treatments or services that have not been provided, except where a separate amount is lawfully payable under these Terms.

Cooling-Off Period

If you enter into the TOX Club payment plan online, you may have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period.

If you wish to receive treatment during this period, you may expressly request that treatment begins before the cooling-off period has ended.

Where you make such a request and subsequently exercise your statutory cancellation right, you may be required to pay for services actually supplied before cancellation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any treatment provided remains subject to consultation, clinical assessment and practitioner approval.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any statutory consumer cancellation or refund rights.

Missed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we will normally contact you and provide an opportunity to bring the account up to date.

If a payment remains unpaid, we may suspend further treatment appointments until the account is brought up to date.

If payments remain outstanding, we may require payment of any amount already due for treatment that has been provided and may terminate the payment plan in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Cancelling a recurring payment with your bank or card provider does not, by itself, cancel the underlying payment-plan agreement or any amount that has already become due.

Clinical Suitability

All treatments remain subject to clinical assessment.

If your practitioner determines that a particular treatment is unsuitable, unsafe or inappropriate, the treatment may be refused, postponed or modified.

A clinical decision not to provide treatment does not automatically cancel the payment-plan agreement. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

These Terms are intended to operate in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where applicable, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, that statutory right will prevail.
